Description:
Creates an xml file from images in a folder that allows a user to specify a slideshow as their desktop background.
The xml file is stored inside the folder.
To use, create the xml file, go to Appearance -> Background
click Add button
click the Images option in the lower right-hand corner
select All Files
browse to your newly created xml and select it.
Last changelog:

Added fields for duration of static image and fade time.

I just finished version 1.2 that has fields for duration of image and fade time.

Click the browse button. Browse to the folder with your images. Either select images to be used or select nothing and all will be used. Click Create XML. The new xml file is stored inside the folder with the images as background.xml.
