Description: Just a wallpaper I made in GIMP in a few minutes late at night. It's similar to (but not based upon) Ubuntu's "purple salad" default wallpaper, but instead has a 3D-looking dot grid and a lens flare applied, and an entirely different background made from scratch.
It looks best in Ubuntu under Unity, but can be used with any desktop as a nice-looking wallpaper that just seems like it is coming out at you.Last changelog:
FS Icons Ubuntu! Why, I use it all the time and have never seen these icons, like the Text Editor icon in your screenshot! Perhaps there is a difference in version.
That's probably because I am using the unstable development version of the icons from a ppa. You can add this ppa to your system by entering in a terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fs-icons-ubuntu/unstable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install fs-icons-ubuntu fs-icons-ubuntu-mono-dark fs-icons-ubuntu-mono-light fs-icons-ubuntu-sky-mono-dark fs-icons-ubuntu-megypt-mono-dark

What icon theme are you using in the screenshot?
The icon theme used is Frank Souza's FS Icons Ubuntu icon theme, available here: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/FS+Icons+Ubuntu?content=147048

Ah, I see! I did not use the unstable version. Thanks!
