This is a version of the award-winning "KDE SVG wallpaper (kde 3.4)" without the "K desktop environment 3.4" text restricting itself to a specific KDE version. The original version is by MART-IN and can be found at http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=19342 .

I did the modified version a while ago, unfortunately current Inkscape versions render the original SVG file a bit different now (for example, the highlight on the globe is hardly visible) and I lost my modified SVG (which would probably yield the same shortcomings).

So, here's just the 1600x1400 PNG - if you prefer 1024x768 you can take the preview instead of the download.
