Realy nice work, this wallpaper is fantastique !
Ok it is called Kubuntu Vista. You have a dock and a white bar at the top mimicking Leopard. You even have a leopard theme with the close, minimize, and maximize buttons raped to the right of the window. I don't see how this is original.
It's wallpaper, not "one more macos/vista-like screenshot" :)
that logo in the background is a Kubuntu logo, not an Ubuntu logo.
