The yellow light IMHO is a little bit disturbing, I think only the flowers should be so colorful... But I like the layout, it is a good wallpaper to have visible icons :)
Aside from the look of this wallpaper, there's one more thing I like about it - the layout. There are large chunks of relatively uniform, medium bright color in the upper left and lower right. This is tremendously useful for organizing icons. Unlike some busier wallpapers I can actually tell my cd-drive from my dvd-drive. Not that the wallpaper lacks color or variety either. It's colorful but not flashy and not so simple that it's boring, either. Very nice!
Incidentally, that is a blue wall, yes? I thought it was a river at first.
