Hi,
can somebody explain to a non-native-english speaker what exactly it means when "C/sth." "owns" you? I mean, I can own a computer, but how can sth. own me?
Oh, perhaps just like "slavery"? So does this wallpaper means, you're a slave of C? (That would make sense ;-) )
Thanks
Actually, the term 'owns' originates from LEET (1337 - a language created by Hackers that was once popular but now is... out of vogue :P). Basically, it means 'Beaten badly.' Really badly. But I've got only one thing to say about this wallpaper:
PHP pwnz0rz j00!
Or do you mean "crackers"? Phrases "Kewl! I krak3d da sit3 and I m a l33t h4x0r" are from crackers' jargon and have nothing to do with real hackers (see http://www.catb.org/~esr/jargon/)

If you are addicted to something, it can be said that it (the addiction) "owns you". "C owns you" means, "you're addicted to C" I guess.
Ah, ok. Thank you.

makes a nice terminal background
Keep it up though, eventually you will create something that is actually tasteful.
