Isn't it a xp wallpaper originally?
No. I made this entirely from scratch using images I took using my camera. A picture of a light shining on a cd, and a light shining through a glass of water, if i remember correctly.

I've seen this elsewhere, and downloaded it some time ago from somewhere else.
I posted this a while ago to kde-look.org, but later took it down. You may have seen it here before.
