But I'm not sure it's a good candidate for a *default* wallpaper. It has rather high contrast and default wallpapers should be more easy on the eyes. Maybe I could make another version where the "Kubuntu" takes less screen estate.

I think this should be a candidate to be kubuntu's default wallpaper. What do you think ?
