But when I look at oryginal picture at deviantart, their autor not Creative Coomons licensing it ;p So If You don't ask him = You have not permissions to republish it.
I know, I know, many my arts here are redisigned and republished from others arts but always I ask or check there is license agreement to republish. It is very nice when autors publishing ther arts on free license, but if they not publish and not clearly write permissions to republishing arts by others = they not like to republish theirs arts.
