Description: Ok, the wallpaper wasn't done by me, and it doesn't have 'kde' plastered all over it, but I thought with the current anti-blue thing going on, I thought it was a cool way to show hue shift blending in action ;¬
it's psi http://psi.affinix.com/index.php - it's a QT3 only proggie with a system tray status icon added, but thanks to kde 3 being able to apply it's style to qt3 apps it all looks sweet :)
go to your favourite walpaper setting-up place, and go to advanced... set the blending to hue shift blending, and drag the slider right the way to the right - everything should then be multi-coloured ;)
as someone said below, I'm using glow for the window decoration, keramic compiled from kde cvs from a few days ago, and the colour scheme is the default BeOs colour scheme with blue title bar's ;)
The easist way is to go out and buy a copy of UT for windows, and download the Linux installer & binaries from ftp://ftp.lokigames.com/pub/patches/ut/ - their ftp server will prob disapper soon, but there's mirrors all over the web. It runs pretty sweetly under linux, and it can take advantage of the high res textures from cd 2

Glow. It's one of the default window dressings that comes with KDE3. Until Keramik comes out..it's probably one of the nicest decorations out. :)
I like the wallpaper. I was wondering, what theme/window style are you using?
