woot woot, i appear to have figured out how to make it a png complete with transparencies, keeping those soft shadows intact, i'll post it in a new addition later tonight :) rock and roll peeps \m/
i'm really interested in gui and interface graphics... i'll give it a go then :D unfortunately i have no idea how to code windecos... is there anyone out there willing to have a look at any graphics that i put forward? i'll work on it today :D
hi threequarterbenny, there's a lot of us here who can code windeco, and if your design will be good enough i,m sure some one will take the job of building a windeco or a style from it, spacemonkie have design those progress- bar http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=20303 that i'm immedietlly fell inlove with and embeded them in my stye http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=17463 and a nother one is this design by spacemonkie again http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=20002 that p0z3r have make a nice windeco http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=21107 out of tham.
hiya guys! thanks very much for your lovely comments, means a lot *blush* lol hmm the background will be tricky, as it will prolly take those lovely soft shadows at the bottom half of the pic and make them look very different-- but i'll see what i can do, and post it up here soon as i can :) very nice to get four nice comments like that so soon lol... i only posted them before i went to bed... i made the cans [funnily enough] on my windows box, with 3ds max 7 and photoshop for the textures. i was bored and sat making a 3d model of a can of guinness i had on my desk. i now have two weeks off work in which to make as many cool desktop backgrounds as i can - any requests? lol
well how about designing your own idea for interface, i mean a windeco and a style, this is what we need more than all in kde and it looks like u can do it quiet easyly...
That's just AWESOME, chap!!! ^_^ I LIKE IT VERY MUCH, indeed!!! Cool, thnx a lot for your contribution :)
well what can i say man u r gifted, one thing though, could u make the background transparent so we can alter the background color?
That's a nice set of cans ya got there! No, seriously... they're nice.
Did you physically make those cans or how did you make this pic?
