You can do it by yourself with GIMP.
Make a gradient radial black/blue, than go in Menù Filter > Render > Clouds > Fog.
In Fog color put White then OK.
Than go in Layers tab select cloud layer and mode: grain extract.

Hi, thanks for your info. but I m not a graphics designer or not very good in GIMP. so it would be very nice if u do this & upload it.
OK ! I have just done. Search wallpaper "no logo fog". bye :-)
