This is the 'neutrino_go' GTK+ 2.x theme under GPL, based on 'neutrino' by Jean-Paul Bizet.
Theme is a orange and gray version of 'neutrino'.

Changed colour #F5F5F5 to #E7E7E7 so that the "ruler" in Evolution looks ok.
Changed colour on some of the bitmaps and

Nice derivation, but you forgot to change the top of the tabs that don't match the background you changed, yours is more lighter than the orginal Neutrino background.
Looks ok, I'm using it now. Although a screenie would be nice to let people see what they would get. ;-)
