This theme is thinked for Karmik Koala and it's based on "Ubuntu Human-Murrine" gtk theme and "Dust theme" metacity theme. Used icon theme is "Humanity" (the default in Karmik) and the wallpaper is somewhere in gnome-look.org.

I like it a lot. But maybe another metacity which is more human-styled would fit better and a less grey-look. Rated good! Thanks for sharing!
You can use the Human metacity theme: I chose Dust Sand theme 'cause I had to modify it..
