While I'm not a fan of Vista-ish emerald themes, I really like the tab-like look of the taskbar and the color scheme used. I recommend adapting the Kubuntu-Light emerald theme to match your GTK style:

Thanks! The flat window decoration fits in well, though the window buttons should look like the ones found in the GTK+/Metacity version of your theme. In the meantime, I'll use Heliodor to use the GTK+ window border with Beryl.

I modified various emerald themes to see which fits well. I uploaded an alternativ emerald theme for people who don`t like vistaish themes.
