I actually based this on a gtkrc created by the "Colorize GTK" option of KDE 3.5. Have been tweaking it for quite some time, though.
While I don't like XP's Luna theme as a whole, I do like the gentle, yet distinct colors of it. I find them easy on the eyes and non-distractive, perfect for a work desktop.

It's different enough from XP that it isn't a shameless Windows clone. I like it!
