Description: Will work with latest version of the Murrine GTK engine (with earlier version, you just need to replace the line "roundness = ..." with "squarestyle = 1" in the gtkrc file).
It comes with a background for the panel and a firefox userContent.css file (disabling most of the theme inside web pages) and an Emerald theme (for beryl).
Hello,
The theme looks great but I got a problem, is that the panel board looks the theme as the one of my old theme so it doesn't appear as the one you got in the screen shot. Eventhough I just installed the package of the gtk-engine-murrina.
Hi,
My first post at G-L.org. This is a great theme. I installed it via the theme manager but I couldn't get the background for the panel. Any help would be appreciated in getting that.
Btw, I don't think I have the murrina engine installed.
Thanks.
I can't choose Khali from the murrine control center since it doesn't appear in the list.
I droped the extracted folder into .themes like the other themes, the other work but i can't see Khali, why?
Ok, I did it.
Thanks for the amazing theme, this is the theme I like the most in all time, serious.
But I must say that it doesn't work well with OpenOffice Calc, all the screen gets black ignoring all the work done in my spreadsheet with fonts and backgruod colors.
But I love it. I really would like you to fix it, if it is not asking too much.
Thanks,
Alex
Thanks a lot!
OpenOffice switch to high contrat mode based on your current theme background color intensity (in this mode background colors set in scalc are ignored and the high contrast icons are used). Officially there is an option to desactivate this behaviour (in Tools->Option->Accessibility) but it actually does not take it into account (probably not yet implemented). I understand your frustration, one way is too call OpenOffice application like:
OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=none soffice
for example, making it not use gtk. It is a bit ugly but that's the only workaround I know. Hopefully the accessibility option will be soon fixed in OO.
hello,gyg
i am sorry,i am a newbie for linux at least.so i don't know how to install this theme. but i like your theme, black of theme.
my os is ubuntu 6.06
thank you very much!
BTW: Khali-Blue doesn't appear in Murrine Control Center because when you unpack the tar.gz you obtain a folder whose name doesn't start with the word "murrine", and seems that Murrine Control Center looks for folders starting that way.
Just to prevent others failing in the same place I did.
:D
