Description:
Meant to be simple, elegant and fast... ;-)
This is my attempt to combine some elements of roberTO's "Carbonit" (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=45590) with a Murrina theme. I used cimi's "MurrinaLoveGray" (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=44430) as a base.
Many thanks to roberTO and cimi for their great contributions.
You need the Murrine 0.40.1 engine for this theme to work.
The download includes the emerald theme (vrunner engine) you see in the screenshots.
Alternatively, you can use roberTO's window manager themes (link above) from Carbonit (metacity, xfwm, compiz); they match this theme perfectly well, too.

2007-01-14: - fixed little png bug (thanks, joakim!)
- panel colours now match exactly
2007-01-13: (screenshot 3)
- added panel background (dre's idea, thanks neatojones83 for the tip!)
- set contrast to 0.7 (cimi's suggestion)
If you prefer the old panel (screenshots 1 and 2) uncomment the first line in the gtkrc file.

Is there a png missing? panel.rc:50: Unable to locate image file in pixmap_path: "Panel/panelbutton-normal.png" I also see this message: panel.rc:53: Background image options specified without filename
Thanks. Fixed!
Good job m8 i like it ;)
Cheers.
Tes I like it! Why don't decrease contrast? Try contrast = 0.7, 0.8 instead contrast 1.0
Hi cimi, glad you like it. I tried to follow your advice and decreased the contrast. However, the change is not obvious. What exactly is this change meant to do? Please forgive me my ignorance...
i like how the title bar and the menu bar are "joined" (some color). unfortunately the main menu now has a color different from the panel. I like it, but could use a little polish here and there. keep up the good work!
The fact that the main menu is darker comes is inherited from the colour of the menubar. If anyone knows how to work around this, please let me know. As far as the "little polish" goes, you'd need to be more specific...
Try grabbing the panel background from the original carbonit and use it.
looks better now. thx!
