note
As of version 1.0 this is not a murrine-theme anymore! I got tired of the murrine-look so I switched completely to pixmaps.
I hope you like the look of the new buttons, scrollbars etc!

I've included media-control-icons for gtk that matches the Neutronium DeepBlack Style.
To use them just copy the content of the 'icons' folder to the theme dir of your current icon-theme (~/.icons/*theme*).

Your file server is down, so I cannot get your .mrxvtrc. This is my favorite theme for anything, so I would really like this to help it look like your screenshot. (ftp://sen.homelinux.org/config/mrxvtrc)
Hey, I couldnt find it but from the screenshot he took i managed to recreate it for you guys its not brilliant but its good enough =] See - http://xray7224.habnet.org/background.png

looks very good, going to try out,
Which engine does this theme require? I'm running Ubuntu 8:04 with the "default" GTK + engine package as well as several others installed. However I still get an error message stating that the correct theme engine is not installed when I select this theme in the appearance applet. Cheers.
Sorry about the double post. I had a problem with my browser settings and it the original post did not appear to go through. It's a shame this site does not allow you to delete a post.
Sry for the late reply! This theme needs the "pixmap" engine.

To get the firefox 3 (beta, rc) webforms etc. to appear bright you have to add the line: -moz-appearance: none !important; to every section in the userContent.css file. I think a modified css for firefox 3 should be sent with the release. Here's my source (worked for me): http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=638227&sid=631f795f8edaa3f88c3f526a686a1022
thanks for this man!
My only thing, and maybe you could fix it in the next version (it's minor but I think would make a huge difference): round the corners of the buttons. Just a little bit. I don't mean the near ovals in OSX-type themes, but I think softer edges go a long way in making a theme "smooth". By the way, you have the only Beryl theme that hides the buttons and still works. Awesome work. However, I seem to get a vertical line in mine roughly halfway across. Like it "breaks" or something.
Thx for your feedback! I'll look into that issue with the emerald theme and yeah, maybe slightly rounded buttons would be better... I'll see what I can do.
Xcuse me for the stupid question, what is the app that's in the screenshot "Ping Network-tools"? Where can i find it?
It's a tool that comes with gnome called 'gnome-nettool'.
I get it in firefox in the textboxes on a lot of webpages. Generally message boards. Other than that it's a great theme. That's just a big issue.
I've updated the theme and included a firefox fix from wulax. Just re download the theme and take a look at the readme. I hope this helps!
hi, pls tell me how to install this, I use pclinuxos and know nothing about gnome thanx
Hi rastiazul, you can install this theme for your user by extracting the theme.tar.gz to the '~/.themes' folder (/home/rastiazul/.themes for example). If the folder doesn't exist just create it (don't forget the dot in front). Now open the gnome-theme-manager (if you use gnome) and click on 'customize'. The theme will now be available in the 'controls' tab. good luck :)
ok i created the folder and all that but I dont use gnome, I just wanted the theme for pidgin not possible? thanx for your help
It is possible. You just need to have gnome and the theme installed. If you use xfce, just install the 'gtk-xfce-engine' to get the theme working. If you use an other wm/de try this: First you need to run the 'gnome-settings-daemon' (the daemon must be running to use gnome themes so put it in autostart). Then start the 'gnome-theme-manager' to select a theme, like I described before.
hey ! I really love how this theme looks on the screen shot, but I am very new to linux and would like to install this theme on my gnome desktop. I need a small tutorial on how to install this time I tried moving the folder i extracted to /home/penguinux/.themes but it won't appear on the theme manager :( oh! and it would be very nice if you share your wall paper :) and perhaps the configuration file of your therminal ! it looks fantastic! thanks in advance!
hey! I finally got this theme installed on gnome ;) it looks real good! but I still have some questions about this theme. I would like to make my apps appear when I right click on my desktop just like in screenshot 2. What do I need to do? and I would also like to configure my term to look just like on the screenshot! sorry, just love the theme ;)
