Firts, thanks for this theme!!!
i interested to install it on my ubuntu lucid lynx, but i can´t.
I try to follow the description. The opacy and the blur don works.
My compiz is 0.8.2
Thanks!
Have used your themes controls to customise the default Ubuntu 10.04 Ambiance theme. Added scrollbars from the Mira theme by Sen7, and menubars from Blue_junior. My system now looks beautiful. I especially like what you've done to the System Monitor panel applet!!!
I am not getting the themes to load the images for the window borders and the image for the top panel. I looked at lines 99 and 106 but they fall in the middle of code lines but are close to references of "engine" parameters. Should I comment (#) everything out that has to do with engines?
I also get the error message when installing from preferences-->appearance.
"This theme will not look as intended because the required windows manager theme 'default' is not installed.
Also when I look at "customize" it seems the icons did not load properly either. (Big old question mark across icons folder)
I would really like to see this theme work and any input would greatly help but so far the lack of documentation on this site seriously is lacking and even from authors.
I don't hav tested it with the theme actually, but this way it worked for me:
Compiz-settings-manager ->Opacity,Brightness & Saturation.
Added the given window.
set value to 70
when value is 0 then u wont see anything =)
I have installed the theme, but it has only been partially successful. The transparency of the menus does not seem correct. When I installed the theme I got the follow error:
This theme will not look as intended because the required window manager theme 'default' is not installed
I think Emerald might have taken over and is causing the problem, not sure tho whats wrong?
The command you have entered in for transperancy does not work right. I had no access to anything becuase the top and bottom bars wrre invisible and clicking on them to bring menus up flickered bareley and could not lanuch apps from it. and I had to go to the undercover terminal, and kill compiz and other apps from top and then come back to the desktop. It makes the windows not work and just blink. Intel GMA950.
BlueSpace_II does not work properly, here are the screenshots of BlueSpace_II and BlueSpace for reference.

I found a couple of annoying text color issues like light grey on white background (eg: nautilus left panel).
Apart from that, I must admit it is quite some work (although a bit too vista-ish to my own taste), well done though !

Hi, great theme so far, but the font color of buttons and comboboxes is black (on dark background). Where exactly in the gtkrc file can i change this?
My vote is bad, I'm sorry..

With 0.5 it is now useless to modify line 99 and 106. Still, white bg in a dark theme is always bad. Cygoku
As said before you need to comment out lines 99 and 106 in the gtkrc file, then reset the theme. :)
Where do I find this file?
White background craps this theme's look, too bad. Cygoku

If you comment out (adding # in front of the line) line 99 and 105 then the theme works. Might what to fix it in the download.
Line 106 for the second one, sorry.
This theme isn't working for me? Anyone else having trouble?
