Okay, taking consideration to your posts I have made two basic changes. One, cluttering the "star smoke" around a little more to pretty it up... may look a little overdone and should probably be redone a bit. Name also changed to "stardust"

Very nice. Very much more natural. I like it.
Thank you both for your comments. I have tried to cover up the eraser marks and scatter the stars a little bit better but fear I may of gone too far. Let me know. I also plan to make the planet look a little bit more "in-place" by adding a light blue "heavenly glow" to it.
Hey, there still seems to be missing stars.... I hope you don't mind, but because it is hard to explain I took your image and outlined what I mean. I couldn't post or email it, so you can see what I mean here; http://www.geocities.com/sc00b1d00/index.html Hope it helps.
if you click download you'll see the missing area has been modified... because stars have no set or true pattern in the universe, it was my best idea to draw a couple blank, dull, dark spots. I did my best to make it look more natural in the updated photo (click download to get it) and even worked in some more gas on it. The problem that you see was a sloppy first step to it but enver corrected. The new one, however, does a good job at correcting it. I also added a halo to the planet. I'll update the screenshot in a second.
hi looks cool, excluded the problem already mentioned. a small note to the name: you may know that heavens gate was a group of religious people that began collective suicide in march 1997. you may should know that. nice picture please work on!!!
Hey, this looks nice except for the "eraser" marks. By this I mean you can clearly see where there was/should be small stars and instead there is just emptiness. It looks as though you have erased sections of the small stars.
