Description:
Long time ago I saw a wallpaper with such pear logo here on KDE-look.org:

and liked it. However that version in grayscale and with that horizontal stripes was very uncomfortable for my eyes. I tried to contact the author for modified version but did not get any response so now decided to make it by myself. New Inkscape version has plenty new effect filters so I did some experiments and new wallpaper is here.
