The reason you not are able to install can that be because there are already a suse windecoration on never SuSEs så if you rename it to suse-legacy or somthing maybe it will work.
As I am running SuSe 9.2 (actually just upgraded to 9.3 today) I already have this theme on my system, however, I am intrigued by the wallpaper on your example. What is it and where can I get a copy? Thanks in advance.
