I think Plastik and Lipstik are the best styles for kde; however, I don't like the actual appereance of menu buttons very much. I think a look which resembles the menu stripe would be way cooler (and somehow reminds me of OSX too...)
I attached a mockup screenshot of what I mean; if someone could achieve this I'll be very happy

The color of the selected menu button is the same of the highlighted menu item, not the windeco one
