I tried to install your rpm file and after installation it is listed in kde, but if i want to activate the theme in the kde controll center nothing changes...

I'm running Suse 9.3 and KDE 3.4.0 level "b" with kernel 2.6.11.4-21.8-default on a x86_64 machine.

you must get the src rpm and compile it yourself, like you I'm using 64 bit SuSE linux and if you want I can mail the compiled rpm for you, just send me an email.

THere seems to be no configure script in that tarball - how did you get it to build? Thanks
Open the file with Konquerer. Click the 'Install with YaST' button. Terrific Theme BTW. Very Crisp and Clean.
I am not using Yast, or even SuSe. Then how do i compile it?
