First, download and unpack theme.
To use KDE color scheme, in Kcontrol, go to "Appearance and Themes">"Color Schemes">"Import".
To use Domino theme: "Appearance and Themes">"Style", select "Domino" and press "Configure" button. Then select "Load/Save" tab, and "Import Theme". After You can click "Load". ;-)

I am new with kubuntu, how do I install this theme?

I don't see 'domino' under style.
