You can view the work I have done so far on the black version of the NuoveXT KBFX theme, I uploaded all of my source files and work done so far to the Technica theme, so play around with it, see if you can improve it. (note: none of the Technica theme has been solidified, it is all in development stages)

If you re-license this under GPL I'll include it (along with appropriate recognition) in the NuoveXT theme.
