Anything that moves away from the "Start" button, is good for me. It's hard to find something that isn't "Start", "KDE-branded", Vista-esque, or all round. This at least has some variety to it. Thanks!

Thank you for your comment! I know that this one isn't the best start-button, but i thought it would be nice to start making "independent" start-buttons which everyone with any distro can use. Some more will follow.

I like the triangle in the circle. It seems everyone is going for the "organic" look-and-feel with curves and round-edges. I'm an odd one and like geometric shapes with straight lines and corners. I don't need my widgets to look like something that should come out of a bubble-gum machine or a bag of jelly-beans ;*)
