This Karamba-Theme have a Kweather-plugin
The Weather information, which you can see on the Screenshots it's 100% of Kweather, you have only to configure your kweather on your PC and it works. (IMPORTANT: You can only use one weatherstation!!! Sorry I'm workin' on it)

You have to start kweather and there you can choose a weather-station, but only choose one!!! That's it...

how can you change your location in the weather theme? please answer.

I thinl it was: http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=15051 But I'm not really sure, because it seems to be smaller or another zoom.
