Updated Python Script for Kroller

Description:
This is an improved version of the kroller script, which I made to illustrate the new features of superkaramba0.23.
To install just copy the file over your original kroller.py.
This version is still based on kroller-0.85, so
it lacks the the new features of kroller.
Some off the additional features of this version
are already included in kroller-0.89. The rest
should follow soon.

Additions:
* It uses a slightly better icon placement algorithm.
* Additional Configuration Variables:
+ fullySmothTransitions => false,
true
If true the animation is smooth
in every direction. (Useful if kroller
is in the middle of the screen).
+ startupnotification => highlight,
darken,
gray,
none
Default: highlight
+ rotateIcons => true,
false
Default: false
(Warning: icon rotation uses much CPU-time)
+ orientation => up,
down,
left,
right
Default: up
* Scrolling with mousewheel:
Currently you can't start the correct application when doing this. Since this would need some more changes in superkaramba (maybe in 0.24)
