I wouldnt worry about the (c) and TM stuff. Valve would probably be really proud of that. Only thing that they would say if anything at all is "want a job?". Atleast thats what i think anyway. Very Nice Artwork.
Very attractive design. But it should be pointed out that Valve is incredibly paranoid about its trademarks (they have, believe it or not, trademarked the lambda symbol).
This should probably be checked to make sure that it's legal to post.

Nice idea, but it does look to me on close inspection that the artwork is copied, its not done from scratch...don't know if that presents any issues
