Description: this is my changed version of the cynapses_karamba theme. i changed it for my use. hope u like it. it added a smal cal and removed the email checking and changed some other things, but see for yourself.Last changelog:
corrected an error in the script.. the section for the swap bar there was an s at "%us" missing an i added some new bars...
Just another change i've added a new background with round edges and and droping a shadow, the first one is still there just change the path in the skript from img/backr.png, x=-6 y=-7 and w=270 h=890 to img/back.png, x=0 y=-10 and w=250 h=870 and it'll fit like before.
ack, i finally got the chance to run it...it used ALL of my resources nd kept my processor full blown! don't know if its just me but jesus. I have a P4 3.0Ghz with 1Gig RAM.
just like i said above check if the direct rendering is on, or just turn off
the background
with dri on my p4 2,8 ghz runs with 3%.
but i had the same problem too, turned on dri and it's all good.
that might be a problem caused by the background the original doesn't have one.
check if youre grafix is running with dri on, cause if not youre cpu does the work, had the same problem
activated dri and it now runs with 3%
to check try: glxinfo | grep dri
or glxinfo | grep direct, do it as a normal user.
it should show yes or no.
hope this'll do the job
if u don't want to activate it just turn off the background, should help

it looks very nice, but my CPU runs very high (over 30%!) the original cynapsis-karmaba runs with 5-8%.
