This theme's simplicity approaches elegance. It is my personal favorite.
i won't get the hdd-temp to run. on aio its running perfect and shows the temperature. i have hddtemp installed. can u give me a hint?
Hddtemp is run with sudo. You could start by typing the command in console: hddtemp -q /dev/sda | awk '{print $4}' and playing with the awk part.

no pizazz. Folks are deeply into graphics these days, simple just does not appeal to most people, me included.

Also, it seems that a lot of people have black(ish) backgrounds, and this just wouldnt appeal to them because they would find it hard to read the black text and no easy configure area to change that
