Description:
I prepared three versions - PNG for preview, JPG for installation and XCF for modification.

How to install:
Just copy the file to /usr/share/apps/amarok/images/ or ~/.kde4/share/apps/amarok/images and save it as splash_screen.jpg (JPG version - the 3rd link).
