Description:
I think it's time Linux invaded Japan...

It seems that most Japanese computer user's
don't even know Linux exists.

Additionally there are many Japanese programmers
who could help in the development of Linux,
once they get the bug...

One good starting point could be
propaganda through art.

So I suggest to have an art contest
under the theme:

......"Tux In Japan"......

where Tux would be associated
with symbols of the japanese tradition
(like Bonsai and Kawasaki bikes).

If you agree, please vote "good",
don't vote for the picture
.

http://www.kde-look.org/poll/index.php?poll=154&PHPSESSID=764eb2960dde9f2fdd62f17b3ad6ca03 Asia: 4% out of 1680 votes I think this is not the way it ought to be... or check this (Korea): http://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/stable/ko/index.php or the fact that text editors don't support some major Japanese character encodings... are we too self-centered?
