As a small business, I had a couple of 1099-MISC forms to send out to contractors. After buying forms and envelopes I found out I would have to pay again for software to fill them out, and finding nothing via web search decided to make my own using Scribus to create PDF Forms to use to print both the IRS-bound Copy A and the contractor copies, which are slightly different.

I must stress these templates are for use with PRE-PRINTED 1099-MISC forms only! They do not make the form itself.

I hope this helps other out there in the same situation.
