Oui, ce n'est pas vraiment un "bug".
En fait, jDownloader est une application écrite en Java. Et la transparence n'est pas gérée dans le systray par Java ... donc il le rempli en Blanc.
Dis moi de combien est ton panel (en px), je t'envois un version personnalisée.

I think Ubuntu notification zone is not finish, I have the same problem with AMSN but now VLC is good.
