Description:
This theme is originaly made by lviggiani. The description is the same, in short:
-Unpack the images in /usr/share/pixmaps/cpufreq-applet as root
-Remove the applet from the panel and add it again or log-out / log-in Last changelog:

Original theme was black. This one is inverted and added some colors, thus suitable for either dark or transparent themes

Nice to see that this is the 2nd cpu frequency theme on this site. I hope this trend continues. Very nice by the way.
