you can add a "start button" with a little effort --------------- first off you have to have a "main menu" utility on your panel. just right click and click add to panel. make sure its a "main menu" and not a "menu bar" open a terminal type $gconf-editor navigate apps > panel > objects find whichever object is the "menu-object" (if you have a lot on your panel it might take a little bit of sifting) check "use_custom_icon" under "custom_icon" add the path to the image you want to use. ---------------- ta-da! very nice icons btw.

Sorry...but there is no "Start icon" neither "Start Button" on my Debian. Start Icon is for Windows (click start to stop) Anyway, they are nice. ;-)

agentdunken

Sweet! Thanks man. Goes good with a vitish theme :p

I was wondering.. Could you make one that has tux on it? One for all distros could use? I use Gentoo myself, but prefer to have tux instead lol.

InnerMoon

I do it :)

InnerMoon

Done... :) I hope that you like it.

I think it looks cool, 2 thumbs up :) One question: how do you get your open apps into that format (one on top of the other)?

InnerMoon

Hello, thanks :) To do that, you must make: Right click in your Panel, then clic into properties, so in size options (pixels) increase that to 36 or higher and that is all.

InnerMoon

Uhh, I never think that my creations will be so Ugly.... :'(

kaha

It's not ugly at all, man. In fact, it's a very well done piece of work. Don't take the voting personally; I think lots of people automatically vote down anything that suggests a different OS. Thanks for making the icon. :)
