I think this will only look good by aligning the icons like me! (--> screenshot)
Otherwise you can adjust the length of the black object in Inkscape!
This panel is optimized for 1680x1050 but it doesn't matter if your resolution is lower than that.

The size of the panel should be 23 pixels.
