Adeded Theme instal and uninstal. format: theme dir(such as "Vista") in ".tar.gz" arhive(like packages as in this site).

it bug in Lang : Identifier="br", but needs "pt" :)) - will be fixed and all langs will needs in check and translate new strings.
there is a gnomenu launchpad team , wich you can enter and code from there...
there is a bug in Pt Lang support...its keeping in English..
