how is this supposed to work.
i did what you said in the readme.
created the folder /etc/splashy and /etc/splashy/themes and copied the stuff to this location, after a reboot nothing was different.
it should be a splahscreen for boot-up, right?!

you need to install the splashy software... this only a theme for it. take a look at: http://splashy.alioth.debian.org/
good, but i like it with progress bar..
