this is the first time so don't expect something real good i made this a yare a go at that time gimp did not handle arabic text now it can thanks gimp V2pre1.basically its a modified from kSplashWhite by pgomes

Looks good, but you should credit the author of the original Splash screen, which you have modified (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=1227). Otherwise you violate the GPL.
