Thank you. I checked outhis website and read the copyright notice. As long as the image is not used for commercial profit directly or indirectly then it is ok. I will be changing the licens notification on the splash screen today.
i found this image about 8 years ago. at that time the web site did not give an artists name, and i have since lost the website address. if you know the artist who originated the picture i would be very happy to give them credit.

You shouldn't use other people's copyrighted images without permission.
