Added a second version with the film in the top image. The old image is still in the archive under the name "splash_top_old". Dude, this is by far the BEST KDE Splash i've ever seen, it is so beautifull, although one small problem ;) you never added the theme.rc file ;) other than that it is fucking great well done dude.

I'm using 3.2 and have it working in it except for the blue film background. All I see is just a blue background and some gears.
Actually that's a screenshot of it on my desktop(the idea was to show the transparency)... want me to whip up one with the film?
Please do. I think it would look great like that.
I don't have KDE3.2 so I can't try it, but the screenshot looks very nice! The only thing that doesn't look good is the text in the lower right.
