Add a comment below posting your background pattern in action (applied to AWN) and not in action (without bar). U P D A T E Added "Brushed Glass" to the downloads. Test it then tell me what do you think about the effect. If your feedbacks are positive i'll make a new pack with all the colours (normal) and "Brushed glass" version.
Install Instructions - Unzip and install each .tgz package on your Avant-Window-Navigator preferences screen.
In order to make Lucido Mode work you need to use the latest Avant-Window-Navigator available on the official ppa:

hey mate, can I ask you a Q?
Im wondering, How you save/make these themes for AWN?
Is it simply a matter of making the dock how you want, and then "exporting theme"?
or maybe a better Q:
Say I wanted to save the dock, how i currently have it,
So that when /if i switched themes,
and wanted to go back to the current setup, I could just click on the theme and apply it.
Rather than having to apply a certain theme, and adjust the hell outof it again? lol

Oh you're right...you're perfectly right: in Avant-Window-Navigator there isn't any "Save" button under Customization. It's so strange.
But you can always save your work:
Customize > Edit all the Parameters > Export (and save i.e. in Desktop Folder)
Go back to the theme selection screen and now click on "install" and open the .tgz that you have saved previously on Desktop Folder...that's all ;)

I had trued just that in the past,
but it would never actually open the "save to" window.
But I was never typing in the "version: box, Only the name and author.
But I filled in the "version: box this time, and it saved flawlessly as .tgz file! :)

This looks extremely nice. May i say orgastic?
Maybe it just didn't work for me, but the testing ppa of awn appended the packets with a -trunk. So i needed to install avant-window-navigator-trunk to get the newest version. :)

Thanks a lot!All the themes will soon change in order to respect the official ubuntu palette. I've made some tests and looks ugly...as soon as possible i'll post those changes and i'll add blue and acid green themes...i'm wating for other feedbacks ;)
