I like the ones named paneltrans very much. I wonder if scalable graphics would be possible for the panel. Do you know?

Forgive the stupidity of this question but exactly how do I use this?
1) Unpack t desired folder. 2) Right-click on panel and choose "properties". 3) Select "Background tab. 4) Choose "Background Image".
