These are Pidgin's (formerly Gaim) IRC status icons for Konversation. Just add them using the Nicklist Themes dialog.

I like that icons are only shown for users with special status.
Thanks! I've always liked that about Gaim/Pidgin, but it's not the best IRC client out there. So I wanted to port the icons to my fave. :)
