It is based on Korilla, but a lot of icons have been replaced with Gperfection ones.
The theme is not at all finished, a lot of stuff is missing. Setting the desktop/konqueror icons to 48x48 is recommended.
The tarball is hosted on my ISP webspace, so I don't know how long it'll hold up... Get it while you still can!

I like GNOME for Jimmac-icons and themes, but I'm weary for its poor usability. Your desktop looks absolutely great! Thanx. PS: where can I get industrial style showed on screenshots ?
Well, that is awful. I hate default GNOME look, it is IMHO really ugly.

I agree with you, but it was in first place reaction to someone saying: "I searched for a long time for a kde icon theme that did not look childish, glossy, iper-coloured or all the three together." I really don't want KDE to look like GNOME (in my opinion GNOME is washy, oversimplified and simply ugly ;-)). If somebody likes GNOME so much, than why he isn't using GNOME?
Because of number and quality of kde based applications?
I like it. There are plenty of other themes in here that should satisfy your Pokemon-collecting, Power-Rangers-watching, boy-band-listening sense of aesthetics. Just because an icon set doesn't look like a twelve-year old just opened his Christmas presents doesn't mean it's no good.

The window decoration is called "mavvert-icewm". You can find it in the icewm section :D
I like kde´s features, but I don´t like the its look and feel... the Crystal appearance ist just horrible. Gnome is so smooth... What theme are you using? I want my kde desktop to look like that!
if one likes the gPerfection GNOME theme. I think it's better than the default GNOME theme that it improves upon, but both still feature those folder icons that I don't care much for. They're kind of dull. Most of gPerfection is nice, however.
why do you have to replace the K-menu with a GNOME icon?
I agree, it's still KDE after all. But other than that it's a nice theme, if you're a fan of the gPerfection theme. But that GNOME icon in place of the K kind of ruins it. It's easy to fix though.
I've been waiting for somone to make this theme. I'm far too lazy to do it myself :) The one thing I missed about my old Gnome desktop was the icons. I have the Korilla set, it's pretty cool but not the same. It wouldn't be that hard to make a program or script that converts icon themes from gnome to KDE or vice-versa, but once again, I'm way to lazy to do it myself. Thanks very much for doing this work.

I've been hoping that somebody would create a theme using Gnome icons. Frankly I love the look of Gnome but prefer the operational capability of KDE; this icon set is a great addition for people like me who prefer a simple yet attractive desktop. Keep up the good work!
This is exactly what I was lookin for: I searched for a long time for a kde icon theme that did not look childish, glossy, iper-coloured or all the three together. Now we have this, and based on my favorite gnome icon theme, too! I encourage you to use as many gperfection2 icons as possible: that theme is really good. And let the author of gperfection2 know: it will be a wonderful addition to the gperfection "family" of themes!
