I was sick and tired of the default red/orange icons that ship in Ubuntu, so I decided to fix it. This is actually a merger of the Elementary icon theme, and Ubuntu Mono Dark (because I liked the Ubuntu monochromes better).
I give full credit to the originators of these icon sets. All I did was pick out what I liked and made them into one. Installation is super simple. Unzip the archive to ~/.icons, then launch "Appearance", click "Customize" then "Icons" and "United" done. Enjoy.

PLEASE NOTE: This is still a work in progress.

Fixed some artifacts like the orange "Video" icon.
